Does Wave Lite support Bluetooth?

Yes, Wave Lite supports audio through a Bluetooth headset. However, if your mobile phone is connected via a Bluetooth headset, you cannot answer/terminate calls through the Bluetooth headset.

Note: BLF works for the account that you’ve selected as the default account. For instance, if you select account 2 as your default account, BLF will show the status of extensions in account 2.

How do I view my phonebook and call history in Wave Lite?

For first-time users, Wave Lite will ask for permission to read the local call history and import contacts. If permission is granted, your contacts will be included in Wave Lite.

Why can’t I see the Wave Lite icon in my phone’s notification tab?

To enable notifications for the Default Account, please go to Settings -> Advanced Settings. Once enabled, you will see notifications in the status bar.

Does Wave Lite have a Configuration Template for provisioning?

No, Wave Lite does not have a Configuration Template for provisioning. Users need to use the Configuration Template of other products like GXV32xx.

How can I capture SIP messages on Wave Lite for iOS?

There are two ways for users to capture SIP messages on Wave Lite for iOS:

Users can enable the “SIP Messages” option in Wave Lite for iOS and export SIP messages via iTools/iTunes. SIP messages cannot be exported directly in the Android version.
Users can also capture SIP messages directly from the local router.

When a user scans a QR code with a modified local port instead of the default port, Grandstream Wave will always take the IP address of UCM: SIP server field is overwritten with whatever displays 192.168.x.x, except for the port of SIP server field, which is 5060 (default port). For instance, if a user scans the QR code of extension 1000 with local port changed to 1000, the field will copy 192.168.x.x to SIP server field that displays, instead of anything but that IP address to SIP server area of Grandstream Wave.

Why can’t I connect to a specific Wi-Fi network? (When “Only Use This Wi-Fi to Register the Account” feature is enabled)
